ALISSA FULLEN
Mrs. Fullen has been teaching music in the Akron Public Schools for ten years. She has spent the last four years teaching strings in the Garfield Cluster including Garfield High School, Roswell Kent Middle School, as well as Barrett, Firestone Park and Voris Elementary Schools. She graduated with her Bachelors of Music degree from Youngstown State University and is currently working on her Masters of Music Education degree at Kent State University. She is a member of OMEA (Ohio Music Educators Association) as well as a participant in the APS music assessment team that develops district wide assessments for orchestra and band. As a violinist in the Romantic String Quartet, she enjoys performing professionally at weddings, receptions and other social events.
